"Do it until you become it," "active failure." That's good stuff.

I truly believe the biggest hurdle for any INFP is finding a medium for our creative insight. It's inspiring seeing how others find theirs. Thank you for your wisdom. 🥰

“Do it until you become it.” Very true. It might not come naturally at first, but it will eventually. Is it common for INFPs to be waiting to be whom we want to be? I was waiting too, but I eventually realized that I’ve only got so much time left, so I should stop waiting. However, I can still be on the fence between self doubt and confidence. So I need to remember that if I play it safe too often, it’s the same as crawling back into my shell. 🐢

Thanks! I think it’s a very common theme for INFPs. Si just lulls us into comfort and Ne isn’t really tethered to time.

It’s always a fresh of air watching your videos & a reminder that it takes time on becoming the best version of one’s self. Much love Matt ❤

Yes! Thank you! It takes time to improve, but you’ll be surprised at how far you’ve come after looking back on even 1 or 2 years of intentional self-development.

While taking a public speaking class, I learned that I could be in a full blown panick attack and be able to do it anyway, as long as I rehearsed and was prepared. Then again, it was during covid, luckily an online class. So, I had hidden bullet points. But there was something in the form of expression that surprisingly made me love the class. My passion speach was my favorite.

So you did it in; 1. a very stressful time 2. on what many describe as a very difficult medium 3. in a class which most people will say is more fearful than death 4. and you were resourceful enough to use bullet points Sounds like a good job to me.

So uh... i got a few questions. For starters, how exactly do you do this when all youve ever experienced in life is failure, loss and trauma? 2. How about when you lose the only thing you ever wanted in this life? Not just once or twice, but 3 times. How do you not just give up and accept the inevitable? 3. How about when there is literally nothing left in this world that you truly want? All of it disappeared years ago. 4. How about when you struggle just to make it through the day and life has lost all meaning? As a note: yes, i am in therapy and yes, i do take anti-depressants. Neither work for me and at this point, i dont believe anything ever will. But there is some fraction of a part inside that still isnt willing tp give up. The only problem is that, the vast majority has. "Tell me, how you can be the brightest star and light up the sky. When i cant seem to even light up my own, and im burnt out from trying"

Just my thoughts :) 1. "It's never too late to live a happy childhood" is a great quote from... I believe Richard Bandler. Maybe John Grinder. Your mind is beyond powerful. You can create things beyond your wildest imagination -- and out of the constraints of what you've already experienced. Learn timeline work (NLP) and other modalities like tapping, self-hypnosis, even simple things like parts work or six step reframe or Swish. You can rewrite the past to remove negative emotional baggage. Hell, you can even remove positive emotions, but I'm not sure why someone would want to do that... 2. Hope for the future. Community. Desire to make life easier for others. Desire to grow. Desire to impact the world. 3. Look in places you haven't looked yet. 4. Meaning comes from making decisions and taking action towards something you feel is important. If you don't know what that is, that sounds like an important thing to start making decisions about and taking actions towards discovering.
