Have you been in situations in which you didn‘t reach out but you were still tuned to their energy?

I have noticed that too 😂 You don't use the so called energetic terms or esoteric language that much But what you end up saying is pretty much the same just in a more digestable language to people unaware of the energy concepts. It was only after my awakening that I was guided towards your channel. I never searched it. But somehow your videos kept coming up. And when I resonated with the content, I said - Thank you for answering all my questions. ❤

We fail when we try to show people themselves by observing and adapting to their energy, it is like them seeing another them. Instead we succeed when we become authentic, we become a mirror of truth that reflects things as it is, this works because people see themselves through us and whatever they think of their reflection is not ours to deal with, people who choose to change will change for better and people who don't want to change won't change, neither has anything to do with us.

This is so well said. We think we are doing them a favor and mirroring them and their energy. So they like us while they like themselves… but yes, why disappear as an act of love. Wild.

Wow, such an insightful observation. Shine the Truth. Others don't want to see a watered-down copy of themselves;. It feels phony. Not only that, it is such an energy drain to hollow ourselves out of our Essence.

I loved “It’s boring, but it is SAFE”. Wow! I am present to how much I have been clinging to few of my friends just because “I feel safe with them”. I now know why my entire life has been dedicated to creating peace in the world and in the process have been crushed, exhausted and burnt out. I will choose the boring and mundane and see where I go with this. At least I will have peace even if it is only with me.

This is one of the best videos I’ve watched on your channel, and in general, it's spot to the point. When we feel we need to do something for somebody else, we rob them of living their own experience and grow in their path. That is our ego. Let’s not do that all the time as we usually tend to do. Let's give others back their power to resolve their situations and control their lives. Thank you for a great session today ❤❤❤

I feel gratitude towards life for knowing that there are people like me out there, including you. I decided to stop "chasing" a long time friend recently and I used literally those words. I told him: "I am not used to chasing nobody, that's not me".

Oh my goodness. I can relate. I am in a situation now where I feel a connection with someone although there is no foundation. I actively have been avoiding committed relationships for years. I don’t know WHY this person affects me bc I have never had a conversation with them. Must be an energy thing. I REFUSE to initiate. Not bc I am shy but bc in my soul that is not me, that is not what I want. I can’t respect a MAN that can’t begin a simple conversation. I had a simple presentation this week and afterwards he approached me and just STOOD there 😂. It wasn’t funny at the time…I was frustrated. Even in that moment I refused to initiate. He had the guts to approach but couldn’t say a word beyond HELLO? It was awkward for a few seconds but I responded with hello and moved away to speak with another colleague. It does not feel natural for me to chase. If I am not important enough for you to practice an opening line what is up? I have never had this predicament before where I want the person to say something and they don’t. I am not sure if I should give him more time or move on mentally.

Great video! Self-knowledge and self-respect! I think that the "boringness" is a sign that you are becoming comfortable with yourself. When you're comfortable with yourself, you have the energy and interest to expand, learn new things, and live more deeply. A question I try to remember to ask myself, "What do I want? How am I feeling? Am I wasting my energy? " Great channel, Wenzes!

I'm 49 now. I started to REALLY question my reality *personality-wise* in my late 30's. I used to feel bad or guilty leaving or not giving attention to these people (siblings most notably). Now? I feel absolutely FREE! No guilt whatsoever, even from toxic people. We are certainly an "ALL OR NOTHING" kind of personality. Perhaps this is the gentler version of the door slam, something which I've done also as well. I feel the MOST AUTHENTIC after a lifetime of chasing authenticity.

I’m a middle aged female INTJ with strong Fi and I really needed to hear this today. Thank you. I’ve been giving almost all of myself to my girlfriend who’s depressed and am getting so little back (that’s what depression does) that I had to step back. I felt like I was abandoning her and it hurts so badly. I’m glad I saw your video because I told her today that I needed to love her with just a little distance to keep my heart from being hurt so much. I hope you’re right that it’s going to be OK.

I’ve been chasing energy for a very long time. Probably since I was a teenager. It’s really holding me back now that I’ve outgrown all the self-preservation strategies I used to need. Now I’m finding myself stuck chasing energy but unhappy with it because I no longer need it. Yet finding myself not knowing how to create my own space and my own energy because I’ve been like this for so long. Now that I understand what the problem is, maybe it’ll be easier to get past this.

Howdy, hello, good day! Just found your channel, very much enjoying the content. I'm an INFJ and haven't heard anything that didn't resonate with me yet 👍 Just wanted to comment on your section regarding the term "energy." I'm a self employed dog handler in Brooklyn. I do large pack work (one of those guys with 10 dogs walking around the neighborhood or playing in the park) with my ex and our 2 pups. Great work, great life - authentic, connected to nature and the community, active and challenging in the best way. It's almost all body language and nonverbal communication. In essence, I read and work with "energy" all day. When socializing a pup, working on reactivity or manners (making them good citizens!), I'm directing their attention and using guidance and repetition to help them manage their energy. Cesar Millan gets a bit spiritual woo woo at times, but the way he talks about energy was extreme helpful for me. Anyhow, great video, nice to feel seen, keep living your epic life!

INFJ here. 45 years old. Abuse and trauma and endless conflicts in my family for 10+ years, it is doubly hard to stay grounded. Family and the lowest three chakras are intimately related for sure. The more I see things for what they were and not what I imagined, the more clearly I see and my thoughts start to have more weight . But yeah, if you were abused, had anger problems, or any recurring conflict with anyone ever, it's worth therapy to learn how to ground. I'm getting cbt, specifically, so understanding how I work inside leta so many negative thoughts and worries just break on the shore.

This is definitely no coincidence as I'm more and more in tune to feeling where my energy is going... to a friend and my eldest son...a grown up of 39! I know/feel they're going through stuff...but this time in my life I've decided to pull my energy back saying it to myself... I take my energy back... it creates a lot of peace! At first I'd decided to cut energy cords to any person...which energetically helped! It sounds airy fairy ...I work on balancing my chakras as well! Thanks for this... it's confirmation I'm doing good for the other person! 👌👏👏😃❤️❤️❤️

Haha, this is the exact conversation I've been having with myself recently! Diving into other people's worlds is a great skill, but it's only good when you need to expand your own perceptions. For any anime fans, Jujutsu Kaisen's domain expansions is basically an embodiment of the grounding and energetic space (the whole show reeks of INFJ functions in action).

*Their Reaction is NOT Our Responsibility:* People will interpret their reflections in different ways-some may be inspired to change for the better, while others might remain stuck in their ways. But importantly, how they respond to their own reflection isn’t something we can control. Their reaction, whether positive or negative, is about them, NOT about us. *Letting Go of Control:* The key lesson is that we cannot force people to change or grow by trying to show them "who they are." True change comes from within, and when people are ready to confront themselves, they will. Whether they choose to change or not is THEIR journey (not mine), and we are simply the authentic presence that might trigger that introspection.

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with seeing what people are doing especially after you get out of hermit mode if you wanna try to make a friend or 2 . Maybe gain some insights from the real world. Lately I’ve been aiming for people that don’t need help and that have their life together. But don’t forget the energy rule of only give what you’re getting so if you message them and they don’t reply don’t message again unless they message you back first. I have some friends that I literally only talk to like once a year. Not a lot of people actually want to be your friend, and that’s not a bad thing lol.

4:27 yes, it is spiritual, and btw: spirit is above matter. That's why you have so much energy as INFJ, because you are highly developed spiritual being. Signs you are highly developed spiritual being: - You can see what cannot be seen to naked eye - You can hear what cannot be heard by naked ear - You can feel what is going on around you without spinning head in different directions to see what is happening - You can react to situation before situation actually happens - like you were prepared for random occasion in advance - You can answer question before it is set - you don't know how, but answer just escaped from your mouth and is answer to question what will be going set in next seconds

Hey Wenzes Where did you learn typology? There are some things you have incorrect. One such example is what you said on uour thumb nail. INFJs have Ni hero as you are aware it is their first function. Ni is will power, desires and personal future awareness. The nemesis function or as you may or may not know it, is the 5th function (or first function in the shaddow) which is Ne. Ne wants to be desired and is future awareness for others. Meaning you are telling INFJs to use their nemesis/5th function. Are you aware of this; was this your intention?

i wish I was wrong but there is no wedding ring on your finger. You said that you found a person who viewed your kids as their own and were willing to accept you as you spiritually are. Maybe you are still married and aren`t wearing the ring or..you discovered that only infj`s have a better chance of meeting a soulmate who inspires them if they marry another infj. These are the only other people or briggs class that "get you." People who are not like you eventually remove their masks and reveal that they are prepared to be with you as long as you stay in THEIR shadow and don`t ecipse them. If they sense that your light is brighter than yours they will be tempted to manipulate you into dimming it or else threaten to leave.. Initially they leave mentally then they can`t stand to be around someone who always knows what to say and do in every situation and so they try to find someone else who is not so emotionally smart so they can pretend to shine. A smart infj should not feel an age deadline. This means thay must not have a picture in their mind about how they may be too old to get someone who will die WITH them and feel that they might die alone unless they settle. Because of the rich inner life infj`s have in their hearts and minds, no one can come into their lives UNLESS they can ADD to you.
