The first rapper (J-Hope) was the one at the end of Butter, Suga was rapping 2nd. All kpop songs incorporate various degrees of English. The original version of Mic Drop has more Korean in it. They remixed Mic Drop with a feature from Desiigner so they included more English. They've won almost 400 awards, and that's not including music show awards in South Korea. BTS started formation in 2010 and officially debuted in June 2013. But I would say their popularity started taking off in the US in 2017 when they won best social artist at the Billboard Music Awards, so that's when they started promoting more in the US.

There are so many versions of this song. This is the English-y version. There’s also a korean and Japanese version. All three have the regular choreography, but then they can all have the dance break versions as well. Steve Aioki did a new remix on his channel recess a ty for hitting a billion views. yesss the first guy you don't remember is JHOPE, the butter guy. He's one of the 3 rappers and the dance leader of BTS. oh and this remix is just a few touch up here and there. the original song is more...raw? and hit harder actually. it's mainly produced by their main producer, Pdogg. BTS members also took parts in song writing, composing and producing in like 80% of their discography.

As you may have started to notice, BTS is often said to have "no genre" of music because they have so many different themes and types. If you see them being touchy feelie during interviews or other content it's because they have known each other and loved together for 8+ more years so they are family to each other. In Asia last names come first so when u r being introduced to the members In Asia their leaders name is Kim namjoon so his last name is first. In western culture it would be namjoon Kim. Some songs I would recommend Suga aka Agust d( Suga spelled backwards then adding his hometown to the name) is a rapper of BTS. They all have their own solo stuff. There r 3 rappers in the group Suga/ agustd- song name is Agust d, daetchwita RM- joke, do you, persona Jhope- ego, airplane, daydream They have cyphers to check out where they address their haters that said they would never make it cyphers 1-2-3-4 Ddaeng Ugh Black swan

Jungkook is the main vocalist, sub rapper, lead dancer and official “center” of bts and he’s the youngest member V is a dancer and vocalist, dance line Jimin is one of the main dancers and lead vocalist , dance line Jhope - rapper , main dancer and he’s the dance leader who makes sure their clean and fixes stuff for performances…dance line Suga is lead rapper one of the main writers, producers and composers for bts Rm is the leader of the group, main rapper and another one of the major contributors in writing songs and production… Jin- vocalist and main visual of bts… he is the oldest member In kpop they have positions just like in sports theres a first line, second line and third line .. so “main” is the best in this category, “lead” is the next best and sub is after that. They all wrote and produce on everything … but the rappers have the majority of the credits when it comes to that … but the rappers contribute the most to writing and producing… especially Suga and rm

To answer your question about how many awards they have, as of 2020 they had 373 awards but have won more this year so the number is higher than that, they also have 26 Guinness world records, have also placed on the Time 100 most influential people in the world in 2019, and are the youngest ever recipients of the South Korean Order of Cultural Merit.

Bts has been famous in asia for a long time because of our love for kpop but in America prob just these few years that's why you just heard of them now. Btw it can be in any language and still be your fav songs cuz my fav songs are mostly in other language. Music has no language barrier It sounds good then it's a good music. I know korean now too because of their music. Suddenly I'm multilinguals 😂
