Maybe the names that are rejected have an additional meanings in Chinese that gets lost in translation? Honestly I can't think of any reason Kirara would be on this list while Apep was not.

@@Nakaska I mean, Kirara and Apep are very different cases. Apep is a dragon, which means she should've been included with the other dragons in the "too much pressure" rejection. That rejection is acknowledging by the characters themselves and is therefore more significant to the story. Why she's not there while Tasraque is I do not know. It's better to compare Kirara to someone like Zhongli, whose name is accepted, but with a warning. Kirara is rejected in a way that the characters don't acknowledge: a "Name Unavailable" message appears, only seen by the player. So the reason behind Kirara could be related to the game's code rather than story. (Especially considering Kirara's not her original name. She used to be Momoka, but was changed on release. However, her name in game files/data is still "Momoka" to this day. So naming lil' guy "Kirara" might've caused some problems)

Yeah, but there is one part of Genshin music I specifically hate on .. Enkanomiya battle OST 😂 I hated it so much that I avoided enemies while exploring as much as I could simply because I love the actual BGM Heck, I should just go chill in Enkanomiya 😂 I think people can hate anything, and Natlan music is no exception. I personally am not a fan of the music that plays in most tribes but Masters of the Night Wind have a really cool theme, Flower Feather clan are fun and the night music at the stadium (more specifically, Undanced Dance) are all awesome

However, some people just don't consider things after having experienced them and just hate one part because they don't like the other. My opinion on it is that the mod is actually very good and is based on the outfit Mavuika wore 500 years ago in the animated short it was in. 17:45 I did actually turn the concept design of Emilie into an OC of mine named Erika. She's a Dendro Catalyst user from Mondstadt and she owns a flower shop that's famous across all of Teyvat. A quiet but blunt speaker with a bit of a cheeky side to her, Erika was born into a family of Adventurers' Guild members. But she felt that the life of an adventurer wasn't for her, so when she reached adulthood she decided to open a flower boutique in Mondstadt so that others could find love and happiness.

So they used the MAGIC OF FRIENDSHIP to destroy the power crystals of the 3 bad guys of that specific Equestria Girls special, The Dazzlings, who are three sisters who came from equestria (mlpfim) because they were banished by Princess Celestia for sowing discord and making everypony fight just to gain more power. The Dazzlings in the Equstria Girls world were trying to get their power back, so they caused everyone in Equestria high to fight for their own gain. So the human mane six, plus Sunset Shimmer, beat them in a battle of song and magic, not killing them, just taking away their power and singing voices so they couldn’t sow more discord. (The special is Rainbow Rocks, and my fav one, especially for the songs) (im surprised I remembered all that without any help..)

12:50 For me the archin quest wasn't really anything special compared to Sumeru's 3.2 and Fontaine's 4.2, and I think the main reason is because all of Mavuika's important lore cutscenes was presented in videos on youtube (same way they did it with Arlecchino). For example, in Fontaine, we got to see Furina's suffering and what she had to go through In-Game while playing, building up all the way to the final clash, while in Natlan for Mavuika, all we had was a short scene with her sister (which you won't understand unless you watch the youtube videos), it was a bad move from Hoyo's writers, had they made Mavuika's part longer by exploring her past in the game the quest would have been better and had more meaning, I felt un-connected, Nahuda and Furina had a better in-game story progression and for now Furina's remain the strongest in terms of emotional story. I can even argue that 5.1's archoin quest was WAY better than 5.3 in every way. In addition, about the music part, Natlan has THE best musics in my opinion, each tribe's is amazing to listen to, and find it strange how there people think it's bad.

I only have one really minor complaint so far about the archon quest: the period where the sisters are infiltrating the Fatui camp jump made me realize and miss just how long it's been since we had any real opportunity to use the game's "dedicated" stealth system. I can understand that any player who's never played a stealth game will have problems understanding the controls, that many players not used to watching HUDs for changes won't even notice the controls, and that for some players it just won't be a thing... but the lack of a tutorial is the main problem there, not the gameplay. I didn't really notice until after the fact that a stealth portion of gameplay clearly got removed from Sumeru's archon quest, I did notice one being removed from Fontaine but forgot about it soon after,... and am now wondering if we're going to see a repeat of this the next time around. This is a major argument for continuing to develop this game into a New Game Plus system: we have the simultaneous need to get new players smoothly into the "endgame" storyline stuff they join excited to experience, but we need to do it in a way that doesn't just mean entirely removing every stumbling block each wave of new players runs into. We need challenge runs without having to make new accounts... and of course, we need a way to repeat main and event storylines. (I do have some sympathy for the developers having to figure out a way to manage client resource packs on that topic, but it ought to be ultimately possible to make it so players can "check out" chunks of content suitable to their device limits.)

Aw, I've enjoyed the stealth sections but I've always been sad about it cause it just happens like once a AQ if we're lucky By removed... Do you mean if players aren't caught up, some gameplay might have been removed by the time they get there? Or that when playing the released quest, it's easy to tell a scene was supposed to be like a stealth minigame? (Also loved the glider domain in Mondstadt 💣 😭)

By "removed" I'm referring to a problem you see a lot of in very long and online (thus mutable) games although it's far more common in MMORPGs: players are expected to only move in one direction along both the narrative and power axes, developers are almost entirely adding to the current "end" rather than earlier on (less true here), and there's a slow but ever-present need for new players. Quite reasonably, rather than expect new players to put in their X years just to see the stuff advertised that they signed up for, their progress needs to be streamlined so they catch up. In MMORPGs this primarily just takes the form of making it faster to level up - at first. However, the basic reasoning that "we're not doing this any more, so why don't we remove it from all the early game so we're not punishing new players?" tends to take over as developers forget the original design and the purposes behind it. Or more charitably, want their players to be happy and forget about the ones who have stopped making noise. This is why, after long since abandoning the idea of designing new domains to punish specific elemental reactions, it was finally removed from the early set of domains where new players were stumbling over building teams that could handle the higher tiers. (I recall needing about a month, although that wasn't bothering me.) It's a part of why it is no longer possible to do bounties or reputation tasks in a region where you're maxed out on reputation (this annoys me, as I liked doing a few bounties a week in Mondstadt or Liyue and have always enjoyed the little storylines to be found within those tasks; I'd have been happy with just removing the material rewards, but suppose that might confuse some players and lead to negative feedback). And it's most certainly why we don't get new stealth. (You could argue it's also why overwhelmingly powerful travel powers are being repeatedly passed out, but I feel that's more a sign of the story hitting the "airship unlocked" phase where getting from point A to point B is supposed to stop being a challenge combined with how gacha games work.)

Im the type of person to have different music tastes than others so I tend to agree that there is no objectively right choice in saying which music is better. But if your already a genshin ost enjoyer who loves both surmeru and fontaine, the main hoyo/genshin ost "vibes" for a lack of a better word are both still in natlan and either even better or at the very least close to quality to the other nations. Its ofc ppl personal option to say which os their favourite or rank them bit calling it bad while also saying sumeru ost is amazing is jsut wild to me. Blinded by hate basically

13:20 : Nah, that's from people who get go decided they would hate Natlan before 5.0 dropped because it didn't catter to their personal expectations. They wanted dark and bloody badlands and 1:1 IRL representation, and instead got a pretty colorful country with the choice of making the atmosphere joyful and festive, to counterpart the lingering tension of being at war with the enemy of the damn world. So yeah, to their eyes, ANYTHING about Natlan is bad: map, mechanics, exploration, quests, story, lore, characters, and that includes music. They just want to disgust people from enjoying the game, and sadly it's not new. Ever since I started playing 3 years and half ago, I was already seeing people pestering about ANYTHING, including people who weren't even playing it lmao. I'm happy for starting playing Genshin because it's a nice game I enjoy logging on daily (even tho I want to bash my head on a wall at times because of artifacts rolls haha), but sadly I regret for toeing in the community as a whole because it got me to be slapped with lots of hate and heated attempts at disgusting people from enjoyment (and those people think they're not toxic, they're convinced they're doing the "right thing"). Aaaaanyway, to finish on a happy note: nice video, it's good to see some insane creations fans can make! ❤️

Despite some of the stuff I didn't like, i started crying when they sung the ode of resurrection when mavuika and traveler were in the night kingdom and the flame was dying, jaw dropped when i heard the rock remix for the ode in the boss fight, then cried and got so much goosebumps when mavuika and traveler rode out with the bike with the tail end of the remix version.
