I have recently found myself in failing physical health. Chronic exhaustion, insomnia, no stamina to make it through the day, severe achiness. This is not that that unusual for me, but I have been watching myself slowly decline over the summer. I have realized that this is a really hard push from Great Mystery to open myself up to receiving help from those who offer and to start exploring being more assertive. I am offering a valuable service to others. It's becoming clear that I need to rethink this idea of trying to make due as best I can with what I have. It's leaning into suffering territory. In order for me to continue to help others, I need to help myself first. And that means working on my physical health, which means asking for help without shame or embarrassment.
Soooo... if you feel called to help me out there are several ways to do this!

I eat simply, and am unfamiliar with Amazon, I find it complicated and overwhelming. I found a few things that I eat. I'm not into brands, just ask that it's organic, so if you find a different brand that is cheaper if matters not to me. I am low carb.
