Nothing like the quintessential American Diner Lee. Shame you didn't get one of the booths. I'd have gone for the steak and eggs. Would avoid the high fructose corn syrup like the plague and go for the chohula and tabasco sauce I spotted on there. American beans are way different to ours, full of sugar and molasses, so they would find putting beans on a breakfast weird. And they didn't put Leicester on TV for Leicester, it was for Newcastle😂

Food looked amazing, I'd prefer those home fries to hash browns I think? You're right with the TV, I grew up as a teenager in the 80s and Saturday night tv was outstanding, dukes of hazard, a-team, knight Rider, Miami Vice, buck Rogers, the full guy. Absolutely spoilt at the time and didn't realise it. Apart from like game of thrones and breaking Bad, agree modern tv isn't great. With regards to the flags, I love seeing the Union Jack as I'm extremely patriotic and luckily see loads in the North East, especially when England have a football tourney. Keep up the great work 👍👍👍

Cracking breakfast, Lee. Am sure, in the old cowboy films, they used to eat sausage and "beans." They're also repeating Fantasy Island on UK TV Freeview at the moment (Rewind TV, I think). Re "Running," someone I knew a few years ago said he was doing the UK "Peaks challenge." Asked him if it involved running, to which he replied. "Have you ever seen a "happy" runner?" Thought about this for a while, and now I always look at people who are running/jogging to see if they are smiling lol! This, of course, I say as a hypocritical lazy keyboard warrior who really needs to get out more and do some exercise!!! 😊
