Favourite item I opened was my Hidden Fates ETB. It was one for my sealed collection but I’d just been told I was losing my job and decided to open it to cheer me up. My jaw dropped when out popped the Zard GX a couple of packs in. It still makes me smile today knowing how much it cheered me up from feeling so shitty.

Favorite that I've ever opened, was a 1st edition Fossil Booster Box (x2) way back when you could buy from WotC. It was so exciting as all of us (my daughters, husband, and myself) all jumped and yelled when we got foils :) GREAT MEMORIES!

Favorite sealed product I’ve ever opened was a gym heroes pack this last year as an adult! It catapulted my passion for collecting back to levels not seen since I was in grade school 🤪 man I love this hobby and the people in it! Keep up the great work Rev. Am new in collecting cards, so it was fun to go thru some of the Celebrations products and enjoy the high rate pulls. Got a Zard as well from the Dark Sylveon box to experience the high of pulling a chase card.

I haven’t opened a pack in ages. But I remember as a kid I got some money from my dad to buy some cards, and I grabbed the original battle theme decks and my friend learned me how to play. Still remember the excitement today. Those were the days. In a few months when I done with my studies at the university I will start to collect again. I will do it with my two kids. They are still small, but they love watching the old Pokémon episodes. We are going to collect evolution and maybe celebrations. In that way we can learn together about the older and newer cards. I’m really looking forward to our new journey together. Keep up the great content!

Me too, and got the same card as you. Was my chase card over the Ray cards. So lucky. I love Eevee and Eeveelutions, so that might be a reason too why i love Evolving so much

The codes in sets like Roaring Skies, Ancient Origins, and Breakthrough, all have white codes no matter the card you get.

I'd say a favourite card opening memory I have was the moment I pulled a Black & White Zekrom 114/114 Full Art. At the time, Black & White series was the most recent set, and I was getting back into collecting. This was the first ever full art card I had seen and it blew my mind! It was really cool to realize where the TCG was going in modern times :)

Definitely one of my favorite products I've opened was the shining legends ultra premium box (I liked it so much I bought 2 lol) the shining promos from that box are so gorgeous, especially since lugias my favorite Pokemon, very nostalgic thinking back on it, simpler times.

Hey Rev! My most favorite sealed product to open was a more recent product. I bought it right as the scalpers started to get their hands on shining fates. It was a shining fates Mr. Rime pin box. The seller said good look hunting for that charizard and for months that box sat on my desk until I opened it and pulled the Shiny charizard VMAX!

I haven't been very big into collecting since I was much, much younger but one of my favorite memories was finding some sealed Fossil boosters in a Dollar General sometime in like, 2007 or so when I was still in middle school. When it first came out, I was given the Black & White Mewtwo Collection box as a random gift from a family member. It was so fun to open and the jumbo card & figure were the coolest things. This Mega Mewtwo X box reminds me sooo much of that!!

Just over ten years ago is when I got into collecting cards. Then around 2013 is when I stopped collecting. (Why? I cannot remember.) Recently someone asked me what hobbies I had and I honestly didn't have anything I could tell them I did. Since the pandemic, like everyone, my emotional and mental state went south and I find it hard to do the one hobby I found enjoyable--reading. So going through some of my stuff I found my card collection and figured it was the perfect opportunity to get back into cards. So not realizing how hard it was to find cards now a days, I went to Walmart and bought the Trainer Celebrations pack (where you get the starter jumbo cards). That was my favorite opening because seeing my favorite starters from Gen1 and Gen2 in large formatted cards in the original artwork just made me feel very nostalgic.

I recently got back into opening and collecting packs and got a pretty lucky find, I found 13 packs of evoultions at a dollar store beside my house for a steal, 6$ CAD per pack, I really wish I had known how rare they were before opening them but the nostalgia of all the base set cards really just made me feel like a kid again ripping thorugh those packs
