Yeah and the sad part is, up until about late 43 early 44 Russia had super bad metallurgy. Also they were very frugal and used cheap metal where they could..... Fuel tanks don't need to be HD.

@@DwayneRouthierJr they did have bad metallurgy but at the same time they didn’t put a ton of effort or time because they were taking the approach of quantity over quality. They knew many tanks would be destroyed in battle so wrote it off from the start. It ended up being a decent strategy with the vast numbers of tanks they made that worked well to overwhelm the Germans, hence why they were always fighting a rear guard retreat all the way back to Germany.

Godzillla Final Wars, where he powers through 10+ monsters one after the other with little break, with some outside help in the times of rare difficulty (Although, a Godzilla that is overrated, but just good at what he's doing) Or, Legendary/Heisei Godzilla whoom aare just absolute tanks, powerhouses offensively and defensively, very bulky and tanky but still impreessively fast-movingg at times

The nice thing is when you play it enough, you get a rough idea of what can and can't pen you. I've just rolled towards low pen tanks and watched panick set in after their fourth shot lol.

As both a firefly player and a KV-1 enjoyer, it's definitely much easier to play the KV-1 even in an uptier. In the Firefly the only thing that happened was the crew viewports being penned within 7 seconds every single engagement.

@@StalledAgate832 The Firefly is a Sniper at heart. Range is its friend with that 17 pounder. The KV-1 (Also a firefly and KV-1 enjoyer) is a better brawler, especially the ZiS-5 and, good god, the OP KV-1E and the German Bias KV. Firefly=snipe, KV-1=brawl, German KV=it doesn't matter everything will die anyway.

This is why I love Russia at 3.7. Very good lineup. KV-1, T-34's, a TD like the YaG-10 or the ZiS-30 along with a plane like the La-5FN for dedicated anti-cas or the I-185 as a cas/support fighter. Very fun BR!

I prefer the KV one over the kv2 probably because of the reload speed difference. Recently I have to fend off six tanks while two of them were shooting at me and I was behind a rock with 3-5 mortar strikes on my position every 10 seconds and I ended up surviving and killing three

Great video and funny as hell. But on the darker side I had to quit playing the Russians in the KV-1/T-34 BR's. I just can't do the E-Z mode stuff and quit playing the Russians and Germans almost in total honestly. I just feel dirty most all the time I do. It's not too often a Struggle Bus for either of these tech trees but it does happen but...yeah can't do it anymore. The KV-1, T-34, TiS Ma, and IT1 are just toxic as heck for this game...they've almost ruined the low tier battles. If you play against the Russian and German tech trees you can be assured they'll be spawncamping you within about 30 seconds.

I shot a cromwell the other day with 3 perfect side shots from this KV-1 with AP rounds and none would penn. I wish this game was made by someone other then gaijin cause the armor and penn values are completely inaccurate. I mean think about how much more fun this game would be if it worked or if a russian rivet couldn't bounce an 88.

odd, you called the fireflies move a huge mistake. saying how he went for the kill rather than the win. but the game from his point of view was already lost, there was no way his team was coming back from that, and moments later the game ended incredibly close to his death, so its unsure wether or not he actually got counted as a kill. for repair costs and whatnot. that firefly player was paying more attention to the flow of the match than you were. he knew the game was right about to end and decided he needed to squeak out a few more SL by killing you, rather than getting nothing for some "crits" on more tanks. there was no time left for him to hope to get an assist on you. and there was no guarantee he would be able to get a killing blow on a "fresh" tank. killing you there was the right move, not a mistake
