Most of the food you profile are not available here in the US. If available, they typically cost about usd15 per bowl or plate. I was impressed not by the vegan content you had, but more your authenticity. Also, a refreshing change from the almost always videos about food there. This video is a good example of how you can move forward from this point...contents on places, common topics of interest, life there for your generation. Similar channels there are like Kevs Life and Naomi Ng. She came here to the west coast US few years ago on a UGRAD programme. Both honest and refreshing, but you stand out more. Keep up the good Youtubing.
