I've loved this collection since 1995 when I was a little girl. It changed my life! I used to always sing it's praises and nobody really cared except me. I'm so glad to see people finally caught up! Also I'm surprised to see she didn't get any of the shoes from this collection, they were AMAZING and I've only seen a few pairs in my days so I was hoping to see more. For lack of a better description they were stripper shoes in classic cap toe Chanel style! There was an amazing ankle boot version that I've never seen in person. Also what about the bikinis with the rhinestones on the hoo-ha and the zip front skirt worn open to show it off? Loveeeeeddddd this collection eternally and I loved this video.

Tbh every era of Karl's Chanel is iconic (even the minimalism of the late 90's). But your video made me want to go back watch the Spring summer 1995 collection. Such a fun show. Good fashion is eternal and this is a testament to that. No need for basics or quiet luxury everytime. This collection was presented 30 years ago and it still feels desirable and relevant. I have one luxrul bag I got in 2019, it's the LV white catogram speedy. It's counter quality and it has a nice honey patina now, so the leather is real. I think whatever makes you happy go for it. I've seen LV with plastic leather and blood red glaze...

Great video, Cassie! Chanel is definitely one of my all-time favorite brands, and the 90s collections-especially 1995-are true favourites of mine. Earlier this year, I finally found my first vintage Chanel piece - a necklace from the 80s-90s, which I’d been hunting for over a year. I haven’t worn it yet, but I don’t mind; to me, it’s a collector’s piece. I have it displayed on a necklace mannequin on my shelf so I can admire it like the beautiful pieces in your video. I love that Kim mentioned fashion as art-couldn’t agree more! I wish I lived in New York or could travel there now to see this exhibit; it’s an absolute dream!!
