Great video... but equal to KSP1 may have been a stretch though. We need base building, CommNet, resource management, fuel priorization, accurate delta-v numbers, repair options, and most importantly a purpose/job for the kerbals...stuff currently present in KSP1.

Yep, and also mining, inventory systems and Eva construction, IVA views, maybe even kerbnet. But I believe in the devs, even if it takes a couple years I'm sure this game will be a huge improvement from KSP1. The graphics are already stunning

Little tip, if you don't have the proper size nose cones unlocked, you can make your own cone using a fairing.

Feel you with the handling of the manuver nodes. Luckily there is already a mod called Node Manager on ckan, where you can fine tune the node. its not as good as the one in KSP1 but better than nothing

You can refocus camera in VAB by using the scroll wheel button. It is not changeable in the settings tho. Love the vid!

I had a lot of clipping bug with rovers : they flip all the time. I wish they will correct this soon because it makes rover missions painful.
