Greek here, ouzo is meant to be drunk with ice (and maybe with a splash of water) along with a salty appetizer, also you can also add sour cherry juice of you're feeling fancy. For the metaxa though, we usually drink it in funerals or during the winter to feel warm

Ouzo is a drink that is made with aniseed. Mainly you fill a glass with ice half ouzo and half water. Some times instead of water you mix it with sour cherry juice, lemon juice, strawberry juice, orange soda etc. Fun fact: The most common breakfast for Greeks is just a Freddo Espresso or Freddo Cappuccino. A tip for tzitziki: Grate the cucumber the way you did and to take off the excess water just put it in a strainer and press it till it has no water, also you need to put vinegar in and if you want to spice it up a little bit you can put carrot.

There is a science to it. Your body is constantly thinking about food when you get into a calorie deficit and keep pushing it. It's literally signaling food to your brain saying "Yo dumbass you need to feed me" and so food stays in your brain all day.

Get a cheap $30 yoghurt maker and use half and half with an added starter culture from the batch before and a tablespoon of inulin and let it go 48 hours - super thick like cheesecake after it cools in the fridge - minimal time commitment. This is the WheatBelly dude formula, been using it for a couple years now, it's a staple. Cheers.
