I ask them " so, does that mean that those fans will stop being fans and stop supporting and streaming the artists songs after a certain age? " they don't have an answer for thar. Music is for everyone. Nobody is too young or too old to enjoy music. I like many genres from classical music to techno, rock, metal and recently some k-pop. I just went to a concert with a bunch of people where everyone in the crowd was in their late teens and mid 20’s, mostly girls, and my dad went with me because he didn’t want me to go myself and he had to go bc my younger brother was going. I wonder how many people were judging me, my brother was by far the youngest there, I was 18, and my dad was in his 40’s and knew like none of the songs so he was just standing there. I was just enjoying the music the whole time but when we got in line everyone was staring at us, maybe it was bc on top of all this I was in a walking boot cast. Anyways I’m self conscious now, and I didn’t realize how embarrassing I probably was, hoping no one remembers that or thought I was a loser. The girl directly in front of me turned around and gave me a look for a solid 10 seconds, idk why, but this is why I have social anxiety
