Those are great tuna, but why they call it local grade and if its on a higher quality they export it. Not sure why filipinos enjoy can't get the export quality. I dont think local grade should be inferior by name. Eitherways fresh tuna is really good.

The ingredient is amazing, I agree. But fat content in tuna is what is prized. And that's just how the monetary transactions are based on. That's just the world and the industry. I agree though, something like this should all be appreciated.
