Amazing content as always. I think that being a KZbinr is very similar to running a business. You should upload things what people want to see, and that's the first step to success. When you start growing, you hire people to do different jobs for you like editing, script writing, etc... The most difficult part is starting a channel of course (and honestly if I haven't started using a bit of Famester, I would have quit a long time ago).
