Wire frame glasses are Bertie Gilbert. Thick frame glasses are Bertrand Gilbert.

I think your way of looking at dreams is so interesting. I always want more, especially when my life is boring. It's like being able to stay up and watch movies all night with no consequences. I wake up and I can tell my partner mine, and he tells me his, and then I can spend the day thinking about them and picking them apart. Most of my dreams are just weird, I've had only a few nightmares in my life, but they still would fascinate me the next day, even if I wake up shaken and afraid. And the really good ones have a weird tetris effect to them. I've gone like superman flying before, over the ocean, and I can still feel it and remember it even though it was years ago

I think wire frames suit you more, but the second pair is good if you want to look older and more serious? Like, 1st pair is for a date, second pair is for a job interview haha

The thick frames make you look more intentionally stylish, like those cool artsy boomers with the silver pixie cuts that you'd find in a niche art gallery in Melbourne.

Wire frames with that outfit I think . The thicker frames are quite bold so the outfit would need to be predominantly white to contrast, black to complement or brighter colours to match the boldness. In relation to your dreams it's healthier to think of it in terms of how your brain interprets the new information it has received the previous day. Think about what you were doing, how you were feeling and whether you watched something or interacted with someone that could trigger those experiences. However now that your brain recognises these dreams you might get them recurring as a consequence.

With your first dream motif, it sounds like this: Peter Pan ride in the Disney park = symbolic of your desire to not grow up; runs only once a day in the evening = you felt your childhood was short, cut off due to a dark event in your past; it's crap = although you don't want to grow up and/or felt your childhood was short, you feel your childhood was generally unpleasant. With the second dream motif, I think I'd agree with your therapist's interpretation, though specifically your tumultuous plane ride may be symbolic of uncertainty/fear of the UNKNOWN that change brings, not necessarily change, since you're not afraid of flying in real life. I'm just being an armchair therapist so don't mind me ;) But both glasses look good on you though! I was going to just go with my own glasses preference (I like plastic chunky ones as opposed to wiry ones) but they both work for you in different ways.

When I was a kid I had a lot of nightmares and at some point I decided I wasn't gonna dream at all anymore and it actually worked or it least I didn't remember any (People always tell me it's not true I didn't dream because we dream every night). I've been dreaming/remembering dreams again for the last few years, and they're always strange and very overwhelming.

Oh man I have a very similar nightly routine and became uncomfortably conscious of it even when just reading the title of this video. I hope it still works now that I'm very aware of it. Also, both lovely glasses, I personally prefer the wiry ones. Thick frames will probably be back in fashion really soon though.

I also started having dreams again once I started mirtazapine, after not having dreams for many many years. I also have recurring settings and locations in my dreams. I have this one recurring dream where I can’t run because my legs are as heavy as lead, or I can’t pedal my bicycle because I’m too weak to pedal forward.

Thick frames - brash with an undertone of aloofness. Wire frames - classic, casually & stylishly passive, educated undertones. I fear the former. I have distrust for such people. Hard to read, manipulative. You should not read a book by its cover, but my fear memory overrides this. Inferred - I prefer the first, but I am unsure if it is because I saw them first. Familiarity and all. Must acknowledge the subtle manipulations of my instincts.
