Overpriced. He'll bee lucky to get $300,000. The current housing supply in Thailand outcompetes with the owner's offer significantly. If this an urgent leave, then he'll have to cut prices drastically. Good luck to him.

Not cheap, but beautiful and clean space. The owner took great care. I love the fact that you have a hifi system with integrated speakers everywhere! Wish I had the money! Thanks for the visit :)

Awesome condo and tasteful finishing but still seems a bit overpriced for Chiang Mai. This unit is for the top end of the luxury condo niche market

Nice size, some of the furniture, fixtures and fitting look rather dated. Not sure about the building it is in....for that amount of money, I'd rather be elsewhere in Thailand and in a more modern development. Still, it's a nice condo.
