Hello darling. Thank you for taking the time to comment. I agree ! I walked and walked and walked ! I could NOT shake off the depressing feeling of doom that is depression. A doctor saved my life. However silly me. My mental health nearly stole my life. I thank god for the doctor 20 years ago that told me NO amount of exercise would have helped. I needed medical help. Plus I thank god for Bert that made me listen 💕💕. God bless ❤️💕🙏
