@@alicerosedejak4626 unsolicited, but play dinos dooley. youll need to learn how to survive early and mid game with his cores (armored and burn core are best for these), but if you can do that and hunt for dinos, you will beat most builds out there, even the monster ones. its also surprisingly consistent but you have to balance staying alive and looking for mommasaur. i climbed from bronze 4 to legend in a week with it, and this was during the vanessa and pyg infinites meta week.

The reason aquatic builds are good is pufferfish super charges your sustain items and your sustain items buy you time for poison to tick down. Pufferfish is absolutely key, and so it stacking its poison. For aquatic build: S-tiers: barrel, turtle shell, puffer, jelly, pearl. A- tier: Waterwheel, Astrolabe, wheel (with bug), beach ball On day seven you're running so much haste and no pufferfish, not super useful. After you get the right items, upgrades are ok, but monsterloot is the best because reducing cooldoens can hit important breakpoints for charge items. Getting puffer just below a multiple of 3 seconds dramatically speeds up triggers assuming it goes on cooldown. Skills can be a lot better than upgrades too if you're upgrades are only adding ~10% on a single item Look at guy on day 9 [34:51], hes doing it right, even though he lost. You had some great enchants that helped you win (lots of heal). That's good in the mirror match Other people please add any notes or things I'm missing.

Also instead of upgrades gold skills are better most of the times especially late game. Also barrel is kinda useless lategame, turtle shell and pearl carry themselves.

generally you drop barrel for turtle shell and you want to get astrolabe out. beach ball, whell and sextant are mid

How it works is you take beach ball early and swap it for astrolabe when you can get one, and you take barrel early and then swap it for turtle shell when you can get one. Turtle shell clears barrel because it feeds the loop, even if barrel gives you lots of shield. I definitely agree with the note on puffer though.

The key to a good Puffer build is getting the right skills. If you can get the one that gives your items crit when you poison or the one that starts of on 2% crit and gives you 2% for every fight, you can pair that up with the one that gives you more poison every time you crit. Getting the poison enchant on your puffer is also the key. Setup that have worked for me is Seaweed - Water wheel - Ships wheel (?) - puffer - jelly fish - pearl
