Great video! I think you should try something with a 2D or ortographic view, so you can focus less on making super detailed graphics and instead, you can focus on making something that work and still looks good. Maybe something like CS2D with some enemies and some kind of gamemode. Or maybe make something like flappy bird > add some simple multiplayer, only networking movement, shooting, and pickups > turn the map into some kind of race where you can use different powerups to shoot your opponents.

Thanks so much dude! Oooo I like that idea!! The sorta idea I have excludes details hahaha so I'm not too worried about that as I don't plan on this being a triple a game more of a mini game sorta thing... my toughest choice tbh is whether I go with unity or unreal... I think I need to organise the courses and see what I have for multiplayer on both platforms then go from there maybe
