One of the reasons why I have to believe that most of these stories are stupid. Because the Avionic and asinine choices some of these people make bowing down to people who do nothing but take and use them, it blows my mind how anybody can let them selves be this manipulated. Not even. My first thing would be to find a good estate lawyer, sign the ticket and take it to the bank to put in a safe deposit box. I would tell NO ONE other than the lawyer, who could set up an llc or whatever they do so that my name would be nowhere on anything financial. I actually asked an estate lawyer I know what they would do in this scenario and that is what they said they would do for starters.
