Okay, John, this video solidified why you're my favorite reseller on all of youtube. You are just such a cool dude. So kind. I love that you're super fair to your buyers and to the sellers you buy from. You negotiate good prices but it doesn't come off as haggling in the bad way. I know we have to buy as low as possible to have the highest ROI, but some people on here want the stuff for free basically. Anyway, you're the best!

My FRIEND and I just did our sale last Saturday. We made about $1400. At a point in the day, we reduce the price to 50% on all items but $1 and under to help clear out and make the donation pile small. WHAT FUN. Looked like you had some great goodies there.

Yeah doing a sale myslf the 3rd weekend of July. Alot of my parents stuff. Plus was asked to clear out an estate for zippo. Going to start that Thursday. I Walked through the house quickly on Saturday at their sale and wow. Most would have sold there but they are on a time crunch and none of the family lives in the area.

I assisted my friend today with her yard sale. She marked virtually every item before setting up. No one dickered. As the day wore on she suggested a lesser price to an interested buyer just to see the item go. She was exhausted by the time we torn down and separated the remnants according to which charity they would go. The sale that pleased her the most was a chainsaw carving of a guitar with piano key benches on either side. The couple who bought it knew on sight they wanted it and enthusiastically paid the price and hauled it home.
