It would help if you knew how to walk in heels. You have to go heel then toe. You're literally stopping your whole shoe on the floor so naturally it would start to hurt really quickly

That was the first thing I noticed too! Also, she does this awkward thing: she walks with her legs open and a big bend at the knees. She most lkely has her balance off center. She needs to tuck her hips a bit in, put her shoulder back and one foot in front f the other, heel to toe.

Totally agree. The heel’s height isn’t the issue it’s walking and standing correctly. Keep up practicing as I find heels far more comfortable than flats.

I once wore heels for charity at the Terry fox run. It's a all day and nighter event and you constantly are walking and doing things with your feet. Plus the shoes look similar to yours. Was refreshing. Plus they say the longer you wear heels the more comfortable they become over time. I guess it's true. I had no problems, no complaints :)

I wear between 4 and 5 inch heels whenever I leave the house (for errands). I actually bought a new pair of 5 inch boots, yes, they hurt a little but that's because I haven't worn them much! Heels, for me, are much more comfortable than flats - I actually trip more in flats 😂

I wear heels every now and then . But never for that long !. And not that high either .. I usually wear low stem heels and I can't even last a day in them so when I do wear heels I always make sure to pack a spare pair of flat shoes ( which are my gold and white converse .) With me if I feel uncomfortable. I bet this was so exhausting for her to do this challenge but it also looked like she had alot of fun :). I admire her confidence. And she was very tall wearing those high heels . And boy were they high !.
