This foundation is no joke. I am over 50, I have dry and sensitive rosacea prone skin. I went to Ulta, which had my shade in the store because it was sold out on the website. I used the Fenty primer and applied with a brush instead of my favorite sponge and it is beautiful. My husband could not see any noticeable discoloration many hours after application. Ladies if you have a basket full of foundation in the wrong formula or color, don't despair this foundation will not let you down.

Love the side by side “new” camera shots of the before and after wear tests over time. Really helps to see how the product wears when you can view it that way. Hopefully you’ll do comparisons of blushes, etc, in the same format too. Have to ask- what nail polish are you wearing in the video? I didn’t see it mentioned where you usually put it. Thanks! 😘

It looks really pretty on you, Allie. I wouldn't want to buy two shades at that price point just to get my perfect match, though. You and I wear the same shades for foundation and concealer. I'm still really happy with my Hourglass Ambient Soft Glow foundation in #3. It's my holy grail. I use Kosas Cloud Set powder with it, and it lasts all day. Looks air-brushed.

I tried the Polite Society foundation and I just couldn't get a good color match. It ranged from to yellow, chalky or just dark. Ulta steered me to Pat Mcgrath--the shade is perfect and wow... the feel of it. I love it!

Does it have silica in it? It looks brighter once you finish you makeup before you check-ins. Other than bright-ing effect that I noticed it looks more natural vs other on the market.

There are foundations at more reasonable price points that wear the same if not better. That also have spf 30 or higher with a wide shade range that are also skin care/makeup hybrid foundations. Having to buy 2 shades and mix them makes this a foundation that is over $80. For $80 I don’t want to have to mix 2 shades, I want a perfect match and flawless my skin but better finish and 12 hour wear.

Allie , how does this compare to the Youthforia foundation? I loved that one but after about 5 hours it’s kinda oily and can separate ( on me), however initial application and wear is like a dream then ….. it seems to fall apart on me 😞 thanks for the review!!

I'm so tired of Niacinamide being in every foundation now. Every one I have tried breaks me out. As did the Niacinamide product from The Ordinary and also Good Molecules. It is supposed to help with redness (which I have) but I even tried seeing if my face would get "used" to it. Nope. I guess I will forever use my Clinique Redness Solutions foundation and now that I have drier skin as I've gotten older, I have to use something mixed with it, so it's not so matte.
