Ingredients:
- 900 g (2 lb) potatoes
- 1 egg
- 100 g (4 oz) wheat flour
- 150 g (5 oz) of mortadella or cooked ham
- 40 g (1.1/2 oz) parmesan
- Salt, pepper, chili pepper
- Fry oil
For the sauce:
- 125 g (1/2 cup) of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of capers
