listening keenly to what cheptoo is saying is what has caused a buzz between gen z, millenials and boomers. Gen z seem to understand the drill, as Cheptoo says, no loyalty to a carreer coz of changing times while the other generation still hold on to their paycheck fervently, an interesting look of things coz eventually with innovations, you will be rendered useless in the job and career market. We talked and kingori listened, continue bringing this business, money, career, investment talks, perhaps these are what we need during this financial constraints time to enlighten us!!

One of the biggest mistake you can make when you are in Kenya and moving to especially Europe ama North America is calculating the salary you are going to get abroad into Kenyan shillings🤣ait nitapata e.g 500k a month and in a few months to a year I'll be able to buy a samba another 2years nitajenga....Once you land in Europe ama North America the very First thing that hits you is your education means nothing to them unless its a big company that recruited you directly from Kenya,simply put its like a reset in your life.Unless you are the luckiest migrant to ever come out of kenya you will need to house feed and clothe yourself,here in the UK for instance the price of a average one bedroom(not including London )is around 800 to 1000pounds unless you want to house share 500 to 600 pounds utilities food and transportation 300 pounds miscellaneous 100 pounds,average salary for a new migrant 2000 to 2500 pounds hio ndio hesabu one should make.Sorry but it takes donkey years to get a proper foothold and salary over here,alafu kuna immigration fees before you get permanent residency which could cost up to 7000 pounds,please do alot of research before you immigrate 👍

I'm Canadian it's actually illegal and not ethical. Canada used to be a place people immigrated for a chance to live in a democracy, work hard for a financially stable life. Now unfortunately many immigrate to Canada simply to make money and not make Canada their home. However the children of immigrants usually never immigrate to their parents home country. Canada currently doesn't need any IT or high tech immigrants. We have a serious shortage of skilled trades. Canada has a strict trades licensing program. Usually a year at a technical college for the most difficult trades ie Refrigeration and HVAC mechanic, Electrician, Elavator mechanic, only to name a few. Then a four year apprenticeship, write a provincial Journeyman exam, if you pass the provincial exam, you can write a read seal exam allowing you to work in every Province in Canada. Oh I wouldn't believe this woman's story.

Watu wandrive gari za 2004 bora ziko road worthy. 2. People room share to save costs, bills zikikam mnasplit..hii yake ya unahesabiwa bills yako according to usage sijaskia( story ni yake, maybe aliexperience) 3. As an international educated nurse, in Canada, you must go back to school, get accredited to match the standards here, ukiwa shule unaeza work kama caregiver kupata doo. It’s possible to make 300k-600k per month on that career abroad. Especially in Western Europe and North America. People take long shifts upto 60 hours a week. Even with minimum wage pay of let’s say £10.40 which this year is £11.44 you will be easily making close to that and it happens. Plus if you doing live in care you can even make similar.
@ladysafari019 ай бұрын
That seems to be on the higher side. In my State a caregiver pay is about $18.00 per hr. If one works beyond 40 hrs a week then it's considered overtime which is time plus half ($27.00 per hour) Most caregivers work 12 hr shifts 5 days a week meaning 20 hrs overtime. Which means they'll make approximately ksh 461,700 per month. This is not even enough to survive in the U.S unless you are married and sharing bills.
@Intentionallym39 ай бұрын
In Australia care givers can make more than that. Wages are higher in these countries. Europe mmenyanyaswa sana.
