As someone who works in the film industry... and hit the ground running 6 months after "Covid Classic".... It's been SO weird on set working with other people and actors and like being covered up 99.9% of the time that when you actually see someone's face (at lunch or wherever there is a safe space to unmask) it's jarring. You have this like mental image of what the person looks like without PPE but then you see them without it and you're like WHAAAA that's what they really look like!?!? So kudos to Adam Scott for telling it like it really is on set lol

I work in health care so when I have gone to new facilities after COVID hit and have gotten to know people it is with the mask on. And then there comes that day when you first see them without it and I totally get it. It can be a little weird. This does not happen at all when you have gotten to know someone without the mask because you are used to the "whole face." What I have discovered is that the upper half of peoples faces are usually more attractive. When I finally see the lower half many times its like "Yikes!" Every once in a while I see someone with a nice lower face and I want to complement them on it. But that would just be weird to say "Wow... you have a really nice lower face!"
@dawnieb.73942 жыл бұрын
