Nah fuck a regular cod show, you make a cod zombies show which re tells the story from the Easter eggs and the background lore of the Aether. You throw in the cod zombies staples like perc o colas , gun shaped chalk drawings on the walls, the mystery box, the ray gun etc. you then have fan favorite characters return like the Ultimus/Primis crew, Maxis, Gersh, Dr Monty,the shadow man etc. this can be a multi season thing. Season 1 could be the beginning of the story and capture key moments like element 115 being discovered in world war II and experimented with. It can focus on the og dimension with Primis and can follow them from Nacht Der Untoten, to Kino, to moon, to Tranzit, to buried. Season 2 could be dimension 63 with Origins and Shadows of Evil and Mob of the Dead and ultimus. Season 3 could be ultimus going to multiple dimensions to break the cycle like DE and Gorod etc. at certain points you explain certain things like the shadow man, and aether, and Agartha, and the keepers etc and obviously you would need to do certain things to make the story flow well enough to warch it but I think instead of a regular cod show make it based around cod zombies ya know

my reactions in order: twisted metal is actually way watchable in a self aware junk food kinda way and the cast seems to be having a lot of fun (shout out to mike mitchell as "stu" in particular) i think people have the wrong mindset about the halo tv show but it would be too annoying to fight about it. the tone i like for cod would be if you could fuse michael bay with tony scott. and finally my personal ideas for a call of duty adaptation would not be popular or realistic so this one would probably be a better bet but my one critique is i think jack black would be better as shepard. i just think that the betrayal would hit harder that way

Not gonna lie, I’d much rather a Call of Duty adaptation go to theaters as a film franchise rather than a TV show. Movies just tend to have bigger budgets and I don’t think many of these COD stories would require a whole series to tell it. Maybe spin-off shows could work, but if they adapt like the OG MW trilogy, I’d want that as a movie trilogy.
