I still remember how people were lambasting CoD in the early 10s for being the same game over and over again and how cod tried something new and interesting with the advanced movement systems in the futuristic settings only to then be lambasted for being too different. I miss those days. The last time they did it was 8 years ago. i wish they brought it back every now and then. Bo3 is still a top 3 cod in my book

I don’t want to be a downer, because I hate when people comment about how “good” the old games were, but MW3 had Snowfight, 2 Christmas reskinned maps, and Infectious Holiday had obvious changes. And they had the zombie Santa train in BR. It also didn’t have AI generated loading screens. The zombies mode is cool, I guess, so it’s not all bad. It’s just, when the game had 4 years of development time, I kinda expected more than the game that had 16 months. And I get most of that 4 years was learning the IW engine, but we couldn’t port Snowfight over from last year?

I also think the game balancing is kinda anti fun. It’s balanced so anything besides ARs and SMGs kinda suck like shotguns getting a bajillion hit markers or snipers having an insane amount of flinch so they lose long range fights to those ARs. There’s no more riot shield/rpg/c4 combos anymore or going crossbow with a ballistic knife or something wild like that. And they balanced it this way due to the influencers and the people with this grindset complaining because they can’t get their nukes against someone having fun. It makes me grieve what made call of duty actually fun. I just feel like I’m playing a ranked play match every time now. Have not seen trick shots in a fat minute, where they used to be in nearly every other game because the games now actively discourage it.

No. There is no ai invasion and it has not begun. And no only little minority of things like literally minority of loading screens are ai not all. Also no the prestige icons are not ai and voice acting is not ai and Nuketown is not ai

dark matter took me a day and a half and its not my fault I am just good at the game. Some people have twice the amount of playtime as me and are only prestige 6 while I have half the amount and I am already a prestige master. some people just suck plain and simple nothing difficult to understand about that.
