This comment of yours seem to be more of a self-promotion, than a larger appreciation of a young child's future and his well-being. After all, science education and career, etc. cannot be the Be All for a Christian. True Spirituality, & experiencing the Holy Qurbana, is also necessary in our journey to the Kingdom of God. Moreover, we should respect the vision that the Almighty puts in each blossoming flower. The status of MOSC could also undergo a significant change - if it is the Will of God, thereby providing a better & fertile ground for such kids to contribute to the Kingdom of God. The point is - the multi-dimensional vision of the Almighty in such young souls cannot be ruled out.

നിയമാവലികളാല്‍ വേലികെട്ടി തിരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലോ സംഘടനകളിലോ അംഗങ്ങളായിട്ടുള്ളവര്‍ നിയമലംഘകരായാല്‍ അവര്‍ പുറത്താക്കപ്പെടും. ദൈവത്തിന്റെ നിയമത്തില്‍നിന്നു വേറിട്ട്‌ ചിന്തിച്ചവരെ അവിടുന്ന് പരിത്യജിച്ചു. അന്നത്തെ ദൈവംതന്നെയാണ് ഇന്നും ദൈവം! എക്കാലവും അവിടുന്നു മാത്രമായിരിക്കും ദൈവം! അവിടുത്തെ പരിശുദ്ധിക്കു ചേര്‍ന്നവിധം അവിടുന്ന് നല്‍കിയ നിയമങ്ങളില്‍നിന്നു വ്യതിചലിച്ചു ജീവിക്കുന്നവര്‍, ആ അവസ്ഥയില്‍ തുടരുന്നിടത്തോളം വേലിക്കു പുറത്തുതന്നെയാണ്! നിയമത്തില്‍നിന്നു വ്യതിചലിച്ചു ജീവിക്കുന്നവരില്‍നിന്നു വേറിട്ട്‌ ചിന്തിക്കുക! ഈ ചിന്ത ദൈവത്തിന്റെ പക്ഷത്തു നിന്നുകൊണ്ടായിരിക്കട്ടെ! സഭയില്‍ കടന്നുകൂടിയ ചില സ്ഥാപിതതാത്പര്യക്കാര്‍ പടയ്ക്കുന്ന നിയമങ്ങള്‍ സഭയുടെ നിയമങ്ങളായി പരിഗണിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയില്ല. എന്തെന്നാല്‍, കത്തോലിക്കാസഭയോ മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും ക്രൈസ്തവസഭകളോ നിയമനിര്‍മ്മാണ സഭയല്ല; മറിച്ച്, നിയമ നിര്‍വ്വഹണ സഭയാണ്. ദൈവത്താല്‍ സ്ഥാപിതമായ നിയമങ്ങളെ പരിഷ്ക്കരിക്കാനുള്ള അവകാശം ആര്‍ക്കും നകിയിട്ടില്ല എന്നതാണ് യഥാര്‍ത്ഥ സത്യം! കത്തോലിക്കാസഭയിലും മറ്റിതര ക്രൈസ്തവസഭകളിലും കടന്നുകൂടി ആധിപത്യം സ്ഥാപിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ചില ശക്തികളുടെ ചിന്തകളില്‍നിന്നു വേറിട്ടു ചിന്തിക്കുന്നവരെ വേലിക്കു പുറത്താക്കാന്‍ ആര്‍ക്കും സാധിക്കില്ല! നിയമം പാലിക്കുന്നവരെ നിയമനിഷേധികള്‍ക്ക് പുറത്താക്കാന്‍ കഴില്ല എന്നതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെയാണ് അത്! യേഹ്ശുവാ അവസാനമായി കല്പിച്ചത് ഇപ്രകാരമാണ്: "ആകയാല്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ പോയി സകല ജനതകളെയും ശിഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തുവിന്‍. പിതാവിന്റെയും പുത്രന്റെയും പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിന്റെയും നാമത്തില്‍ അവര്‍ക്കു ജ്ഞാനസ്നാനം നല്‍കുവിന്‍. ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങളോടു കല്പിച്ചവയെല്ലാം അനുസരിക്കാന്‍ അവരെ പഠിപ്പിക്കുവിന്‍"(മത്താ: 28; 19, 20). ഇതില്‍നിന്നു വ്യത്യസ്തമായ നിയമം ക്രിസ്തീയ സഭകള്‍ക്കില്ല. യേഹ്ശുവായുടെ അന്തിമ ഉപദേശങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നുകൊണ്ടു മാത്രമാണ് ഇക്കാലമത്രയും മനോവ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നത്. നിങ്ങളില്‍ പലരും ഈ ദൗത്യത്തില്‍നിന്നു വിരമിച്ചിട്ടും മനോവ ഇപ്പോഴും തുടര്‍ന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന മഹത്വപൂര്‍ണ്ണമായ ശുശ്രൂഷയാണിത്! സത്യത്തില്‍നിന്നു വ്യതിചലിച്ചു മിഥ്യയില്‍ വ്യാപരിക്കുന്നത് നിങ്ങളാണോ മനോവയാണോ എന്ന് പരിശോധിച്ചുറപ്പാക്കുക! മനോവയ്ക്ക് മറുപടിയുമായി ഇറങ്ങുന്നതിനുമുമ്പ് പലവട്ടം ആലോചിക്കുക! മാത്രവുമല്ല, സ്വയം പരിഹാസിതരാകുന്നതു തിരിച്ചറിയുകയും ചെയ്യുക! എന്തെന്നാല്‍, വൈദീകരില്‍നിന്ന് ഇതിലേറെ നന്മകള്‍ ദൈവജനം പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്!*manovaonline.com/news_detail/333/malayalam*

The SHO, by supporting in the harassment of this family, is engaged in violation of their fundamental rights as well, by the way. As such, in addition to the complaints that have already filed, they are also left with the option to file a Writ Petition in the Kerala HC against the police and the church authorities, leaders, etc. This option becomes available once they can prove that they had sought alternative remedies by approaching the DGP etc. as well. With regard to the child's desire to continue serving in the Holy Madhubaha, this right cannot be denied to him, especially since he has been doing it in the past prior to the disputes that have arisen with the church leaders; nor should the family compromise or arrive at a settlement on such matters. The fight for justice may be time-consuming, but this is the only way forward for them to establish the rule of law as against the fake narratives that are being pushed against them by unscrupulous vested interests. The point is - running after politicians and parties, etc. will not help them either. Other than depending on God Almighty, trust-worthy lawyers within their family itself could be a better option.
