Finally, you all released this product! Received. The packaging was great but really, how about some instructions in the box? Even if it is..."Hey! Scan her for a link to our KZbin instructions." No, I had to find it myself. Some people, including myself are reporting an air gap in the corners after installation. I got rid of most of mine by adjusting the hatch locks. By loosening and then lowering them down I was able to get rid of most of the gap. Overall, this is a nice product and very handy...no pun intended. The other things that are not so great are the plastic link lock and the fiddly lower plate with the three screws and tab inserts. These tabs caused me the biggest delay. The other delay is that the measurement of 23.5 inches did work for me. Using that measurement I could bet the three short screws to line up in the plates. Much fooling around and eyeballing I was able to get it very close and the screws went in.

I didn’t receive a bushing (shown at 2:37 in the video) with my product.

This company needs to work on its Quality Control as the bolts on some of their products where installed incorrectly during the manufacturing process. Focus on quality control.

Once we reattach the struts, the top will not close properly. We have adjusted this numerous times. At this point we are disgusted with this product and your company. The pull strap is also ripped. We emailed you and are waiting on a response. We also left a 1 star review which hasn’t posted. Do you only post the good reviews?

Looking at this video this product/modification is overkill. The struts effectively do the exact same thing. Don’t over complicate a solution with something that looks like way to much effort compared to the actual solution.

We added this product in order give additional ease of access. The EZ-Lift system by itself is great, but with the EZ-Pull you now get true one-handed operation for those times you have your arms filled with groceries or other items!
