Stepped out to far on 3, in the seated version the left foot is kept behind the right knee to stay on line. Number 4 , on the turn the right kneeneeds to be kept straight forward and not collapse, as we do in the seated version

@@fusionclean yes I do to, I'm in my mid 60's now and I have had a hip replacement, and I don't have cartilage in my big toes, so standing is good for me more these days

I’ve heard that the ZNKR is thinking of incorporating standing versions for people with bad knees for grading.( uk here)
