I know Jonny loves Hip Hop and R & B, but this is the type of music he was born to make. This just works for him. Old Flame is 4/4 so far. I hope an album is coming soon.
@tannerbusch24262 ай бұрын
Broooo. That's what I'm sayin. Every song they have put out is MONEY. I’m here for it. I'd love an album, but if I had to choose between fewer, but better songs, I'd probably take that. It definitely leaves us hungry. haha
@EmmaTheHurdler2 ай бұрын
Idk about that. The r&b could be bomb if it was better production
@theDaveStanzito2 ай бұрын
@@EmmaTheHurdler Agree and disagree. His voice is unique and often imitated in the post-hardcore/rock scene. Hip Hop and R&B he's less so. I give everything a listen he puts out because I'm a diehard supporter. I agree working with a top notch producer would elevate those R&B songs. But that market is saturated with people who can sing their asses off. Our boy Diamond Monroe here shines brightest with guitars and real drums (not 808s) because Rock singers just don't sound this good. To me, this just sounds right and I'm glad he's giving it another go.
@EmmaTheHurdler2 ай бұрын
@@theDaveStanzito you could argue that no one has heard of him that listens to R&B/rap, and he's had a long history in the rock scene. Just listen to Jonny's cover of Drake's Marvins room- he crushes it. But yeah also a supporter- I hope he sees the light and & am rooting for him to beat the stuff. Such a talent (maybe it's good he's a bit less known)
@theDaveStanzito2 ай бұрын
I did notice the mix on this sounds better in the car than it did in my earbuds. The guitars seemed a little overpowered when it was right in my ears. Just to put it out there.

I truly feel jonny craig is the most talented vocalist I've had the pleasure to be alive and witness and listen to. I've been listening for over 20 years of this guy. From when I was 10 years old. From westerhalts to DGD the days of filling in for ASD..to emarosa, slaves, etc. So much soul, power, natural talent. If I could aspire to sing like anyone, this would be it. What a gift. What a soul.
