You CANNOT remove any pillar that’s supporting the weight of the roof especially the one you indicated on the corner. Where it drops, it stops. Aren’t hollowed blocks available in your country? Those would’ve probably been way less expensive. The advantage of hollowed blocks is that you can break them to conceal electrical cables, fixtures and plumbing.

I just want to say that I understand that you don't have room for the kitchen veranda, but do you understand how amazing that would have been. Wow!
