One suggestion would be to also show what these techniques look like on an actual model. For this one specifically, personally, I'm having a hard time seeing ribs. And on a side note, nice work on the sutures tutorial, that worked out nicely.

I think the issue here is that we used Apoxie sculpt, so the contrast isn't really there. But putting it onto a model is a good call.

Just want to say I picked up a set silicon shapers and they are great. I'm starting to attempt some sculpting other than filling things but even that's easier now.

Hello, do you think you might be able to make a video on making Fire? I'm trying to make flaming swords for my Grey Knights purifiers and fire trails leaving their feet but it just looks like tentacles and I can't figure out how to make fire. Your basics videos were quite helpful, thank you.

Hrm. A good suggestion. I've never done fire, but that doesn't mean I couldn't figure it out....

Isn't Hydra in Germany? Did you edit him in to the shot? If so, I can't tell.

He sure is, but our families took a vacation together last year, so we whipped up some videos of him sculpting. It's fitting as the man taught me everything I know!

We shot this on vacation together, on the dining room table, after drinking a lot of Bretagne cider. You're lucky we decided to use a tripod 😂
