@@lusagittarius2398 yeah and at the beginning of the show rachel always got the solo because she's lonely and the only things that she can rely on is her voice, even in glee club nobody respect her even tho she play an important role in glee club and later at season 3 they started became friends and respected her and sharing the spotlight with others. about santana yeah she has good voice but okay tehnique. rachel's had good tehnique and have versatile voice thats why she got more solos. its just my opinion tho, sorry for the long essay

As a fan of glee I feel like season one was a little boring. But in season two the plotlines become a lot more interesting and they focus on other characters than Rachel, Finn, and Will. Also an amazing character is introduced. Please watch more. I promise you will enjoy it.

I actually think Mercedes definitely has the more versatile voice, especially when it comes to range, agility and power. Rachel's got it when it comes to Broadway, but I basically prefer Mercedes' vocals on every other style of song. Rachel's voice is more "pure" and "clear" as some would say, but Mercedes was always the stronger vocalist to me.
