Then the upheaval of being exposed in front of her daughter & family; & then she was publicly exposed to everyone she knew & generally the whole world. That has to be the nightmare of huge proportion that she had tried to prevent for over 40 years. 😭 I am praying 🙏🏼 for her to be able to reconcile with her creator & build an honest open relationship with her daughter. ✝️🛐 🙏🏼💞 Praise God 🙌 I know he hears those prayers, & I know that God loves Phyllis' mom.

She's got her Daddy's eyes. It's wonderful how Miss Kay took Phyllis, her husband's daughter, to her heart so that Phyllis also becomes as Miss Kay put it "my daughter." It demonstrates the power of marriage in that the two "become one" and also demonstrates the power of forgiveness 'from the heart". Miss Kay gained a daughter. There is only gain in forgiveness and only loss in unforgiveness. A beautiful story of redemption.

This is a wonderful story and I’m so happy for them . This may sound crazy but this hits me really hard because when my Daddy passed away in 2005 my brother stood in front of me and told me that the man that raised me wasn’t my real Dad and I melted I didn’t know what to do or say . He told me that he “ my Daddy “ loved me so much and he didn’t want to hurt me by telling me the truth . I’ve heard rumors about who my biological father is but I don’t think that I even want him to know know about me . Because , I remember as a child seeing him and he wasn’t a very nice person and he was well known for being not a very good man . I still haven’t done anything about it yet and I’m really not sure if I ever will I just don’t know what to do. No matter what the man that I called Daddy all of my life is and always will be my father I love him with all of my heart .
@LiPo50003 жыл бұрын
RC, the "fact" you made this reply is stating you would like to see your real father. It in fact may not be pleasant, and you don't know, he may also want to see you. Both of you "might" be hesitant or scared to make the first move. Nothing will change the fact you were raised by another person (father), and I am glad it was a pleasant life for you. I have a very close "cousin" who had "never" met his biological father. He was 23 at the time when he started thinking about it. He finally made the decision to find him, "against" his mother's wishes! He told his mother, "Mom", I have got to see him, even if it's this one time in my life. After "never" seeing his biological father for 23 years, it finally happened. Turns out he lived closer than 30 miles from him. His meeting with his father was "neutral"! Both were interested, but neither made it a choice to see each other again. "HOWEVER", in the process, he was able to meet a "brother & sister" he never knew he had! They all look alike, almost to the point of being scary! He, his brother, and his sister see each other several times a year now, and they don't plan on stopping. There could be a good side for you. Personally, I say "Go for IT". Before it comes to the point of never happening. Just my advice based on seeing a person who was in an almost exact position, and he is now glad he decided to make the first move.

@@LiPo5000 thank you for this comment it means more than you know . I’m not very good at wording things so overlook that please but , I actually asked someone about him the other day and they aren’t for sure if he’s even still alive so at least I went that far with it . I’m kind of scared about it and I also feel like that I’m kind of disrespecting my parents even though they aren’t here anymore . I just can’t seem to shake the feeling that I would be doing something wrong to them ( my parents ) if I actually went through with seeing him . I know that probably doesn’t make any sense but that’s just how I feel . My heart hurts I mean it really hurts because I’m so confused about what to do and I can’t talk to anyone else about it because I don’t want anyone to know . I feel like if they know about it that they will think that my Mom and Dad were bad people but they were “ the best “ and I was so blessed to have them in my life . All that I can do is pray about and whatever happens is God’s will and that’s something I’ve been doing for quite some time now and He lead me this far so I just have to continue on with what He tells me to do . May God bless you always kind Sir and thank you again .
