Yes there were better test bowlers like Marshal & Ambrose ...but ODIs ..u have to go with Garner . He got treated extremely unfairly by Pakistan selectors. He is only 1 year older than his arch rival Saeed Ajmal. Yet Saqlain was regular in the team only till 2003 when he was 27 while Ajmal made his debut in 2008 at 31. They were from the same generation but played as if they belonged to different era's. Ajmal could have made his debut atleast a decade earlier in late 1990s & Saqlain could have easily played till the early 2010s.

No one will ever dominate 1 area of cricket like Bradman does at batting, he is the God of batting. Chris Gayle too deserves a mention alongside the fab 3 of Sehwag, Richards & ABD since he is equal to them. It isn't only about strike rate but rather dominance you need to average above 50 in current ODI Cricket at strike rate of 100 & 40 in T20s at strike rate of 150. The fab 4 would have met both the criterias had they belonged to the current era. All 4 are Test legends. Afridi threw his wicket too many times to average only 20-25 he doesn't belong to that league of champions.

Sehwag, Richards & ABD are all time greats in Tests while Gayle has scored 2 triple hundreds so he is a Test legend as well. Afridi can never compete with the fab 4 on absolute longevity of their dominance. ABD is the most versatile cricketer in history as he scored 10 runs in 100 balls & 100 runs in 35 balls depending on the match situation, which even legends like Sachin, Kohli, Smith, Ponting, Lara, Kallis, Rahul, Kane, Inzamam, Hobbs & Sangakkara can't achieve. ABD is the 10 million dollar sports car version of Ben Stokes who is the village version of ABD.
