lets take the meeting in Attack of the Clones. Since the clone war didn't start yet and Count Dooku wouldn't have told Obi-Wan about the Sith Lord controlling the Senate yet. So the Jedi would be confused at first we he has a Lightsaber in his sleeve. Now this can go 3 ways. First the Jedi would ignore it at first but would remember when Obi-Wan tells them about a Sith Lord controlling the Senate. Second outcome: They would ask Palpatine to activate it. They would see the Crimson Red typical for a Sith. The Jedi would either test him or arrest him. He probably wouldn't fight and try to accuse the jedi of something. Third outcome: He would attack the Jedi. Some would be killed but remember: Yoda, Mace Windu and more Jedi Masters were there. Mace Windu could take on Palpatine alone in Revenge of the Sith. But this is in AOTC. I am not sure if he could at this point. He would be completly overwhelmed by just Yoda and Mace together. He would either be arrested or killed. Lets say he is arrested. He would be accused of attacking and killing Jedi in an non life threatening situation. Now we come to where it gets interesting. And complicated. Lets say Palpatine stays inprisoned. His connections to Dooku would be found days later. It is very complicated what would happen next. So help me.
