Ian tried to make power sharing work but his Party wouldn't go along. Now nothing gets done there.

Nolan is a Fat shit and he embodies the hatred of unionism and fuels its spread with his theories and statements which are entirely false but are allowed to go unchallenged by the BBC

@seanymo alot of the old generations are, its up to the younger generations to lead by example and secure a peaceful future for both caths n prods in northern ireland, to be honest, i love seeing DUP and SF working together in government, its better than having the DUP shout about burning catholics and the pope being the harlot of rome, and the IRA ( not these dissident jokers ) planting bombs. if you love em or hate em, you gotta respect them for working together, even if it did take years.

@herpfreakuk the only reason paisly went into politics with sinn fein is that he was at the end of his political career and realised the republican views would never go away, so he wanted to end his career with something positive that he would be remembered for and mislead people into thinking he was all for peace when the facts show he wasn't. He built his political career on fear and hatred of catholic people, and mislead the protestant communities which only encouraged the troubles
