I was born in that country. I am fully aware as a Indianola, East Indian we people work really really hard to achieve what we have today. While others were very comfortable and had all the government jobs in Fernanda bagel, we decided to go out in the fields and plant rice and vegetables and sugar, cane, etc. we accumulated wealth and today we are successful and we are victimized because of our success. The government of Trinidad and Tobago supposed to take care of all these people not one particular race.

We cannot Imagine. I remember reading a book called “barefeet ” - written by the victim, Debbie Ali, who was taken from her house in Couva, on her 31st birthday on December 5, 2006 !!! She was forced to walk barefeet in the forest! Reading that book was sad and TERRIFYING. Debbie is alive and she immigrated, as most ppl have been and will continue to do, leave Trinidad. as hope fades 🇹🇹✨
