WOW, this was timed perfectly for me. Just got brushed off the plate from a CFO and responded after watching this video. This is so helpful in understanding the various players. We take things personally when in reality we are not speaking the proper language to the various players. Your point is "spot on" and I need to do a better job of KNOWING MY AUDIENCE! Thanks Anthony

Have to be able to play at level 4. Finding the CEO of the problem is key. Stay there unless you need to move up - use deep strategy to move it up to level 4.
