I'm such a big fan Dr. Grace! I've been following you from around 1000 or 2000 subscribers and now you have almost 150,000 subscribers! I'm not yet at the level to even be considering the C suite (entry level, indie author/streamer/podcast host, entrepreneur of a small business) but as you mentioned I have to make sure that I'm prepared so that way, when it's time, I am ready with all my decisions and qualifications for that conversation! Very much appreciated to all the content that you provide as it is very valuable and I have been incorporating your information so well and I can't wait to actually be able to do an executive coaching when the time ks right! And that’s why people like you never make it to leadership positions, because your default thinking (even if mentioned as a joke), is that leaders are dishonest. There’s a few dishonest people in all levels of the organization - but at the highest ranks, being a person of integrity is the only way to remain in the top for a long time. Shortcuts and cheating sooner or later equal to failure.
