ఈ డౌట్ నాకు ఎప్పటినుండో ఉంది. అనుకున్న దానికన్నా పెద్ద పెద్ద స్కాం లు ఉంటాయని అనిపిస్తుంది. ముఖ్యంగా ఐఏఎస్ ఐపీఎస్ ల , ఇంకా రాజకీయ నాయకుల పిల్లలే మరల కలెక్టర్లు, పోలీస్ అధికారులు అవుతుంటారు. అది కూడా ఉత్తరాది వాళ్ళు ఎక్కువగా సెలెక్ట్ అవుతారు. ఒక వీడియో లో చూసాము, ఉత్తరాదిన యూపీ లో అనుకుంటా, సివిల్స్ పరీక్ష లో డైరెక్ట్ కాపీ కొడుతున్నారు. దక్షిణాది వాళ్ళు ఇందులో వెనకబడి ఉంటారు. మీరు గమనిస్తే, ఉత్తరాది నుండి వచ్చిన సీనియర్ అధికారులు విచ్చలవిడిగా అవినీతికి పాల్పడుతుంటారు.
