Thanks for this, not a lot of ABG maintenance videos out there! Bought one being primarily a classical guitar player and couldn't make sense of either the machine heads or the pegs. Very helpful!

Ah, this video actually makes me really happy! Got a used Ewb205wne (there again with the model numbers)... It's absolutely beautiful, great acoustic sound and when I wanted to try it attached to my amp... Nothing. The preamp doesn't do anything. The tuner works, the batteries are fresh, everything should be fine, but there is just no sound over the amp. My Ewb20wne (the 4 String version) has pretty much the same electronics and everything is fine. Now I needed a video to show me how to take the electronics apart for getting to the problem and you delivered! :)

It could be a wire that has broken to the output jack. If it has ever been loose. Check that first. Usually just a few screws, or a nut holds it in place. The Pre-amp could be broken altogether. I'll wait for one to come in and try to get some video.

Why’s aren’t the strings inserted into the machine heads?!

The electronics plastic plate on top of left side desintigrated and preamp fell inside. How do I get a new plate to hold things in place. Thanks William Fox

@@MarshallSetUps I'm in bay area. I have that ibanez acoustic bass. Problem is that the tuner broke. I don't know were to find replacement. Guy at the shop said he couldn't do it

​@@Drangorooq27 I recommend using a pedal, or a snark. If everything else works, just forget the tuner existed. Turn the volume knob down while tuning so the audience doesn't have to listen. Finding an exact replica might be possible. I realize how blunt my response is. All due respect my friend. Fixing that issue could be as easy as flowing solder on the circuit board. There are a lot of options for a tech in this case. A clip on, or foot pedal tuner would solve what you describe.

Oops forgot to add that setup is limited on acoustics than electric guitars especially the bridge, nice job on that Ibanez. 👍
