Ibanez Jem Jr Pickguard Upgrade (Timelapse)

A video showing me upgrading the plain white pickguard to a white perloid pickguard on my Ibanez Jem Jr. The hardest part was mounting the pickups to the new pickguard, but other than that, the install went smoothly. Really happy with the way it turned out; looks really good!

Going through this I would at least put a black pickguard on it, looks so much better with the black pickguard on the white guitar, there are pictures ov it with the black pickguard on google 👌 Chefs kiss!

There's all sorts of pickguard colors out there for this guitar. I saw a used one at guitar center once with a purple pearloid pickguard and it looked pretty cool! Personally though, my favorite is the white pearloid I put on there; looks great!

No, it's pretty much the same routine for tuning. It's a little faster on this guitar because of the locking tuners.
