Bought the black version and the Fishman Modern Fluence are honestly pretty harsh. They are very high mod focused and I had to set the bass level at 8 on my Mesa mark iv, which is extremely high compared to my other guitars where I usually set it at 3-4,5 max. The guitar is really beautiful though and really good for shredding, but not so great for chuggah chuggah stuff and I would really like to change the pickups. It also came with jumbo frets and I honestly got to say that I prefer more mid sized frets. If you are into modern metal and really do not care about low end , it is a really great guitar, but I wanted to mention the kind of negative aspects of it for anyone interested in buying it as a word of warning to those who really likes low end and chuggha metall stuff.

you like it? i just ordered the one in the video, guitar center is back ordered until march. I havent gotten a new guitar in forever and my current Ibanez is a '91 s540 "custom made" so Im dying to get this in my hands

@@aenima1 yeah, I think you are going to absolutely love it. Mine came set up perfectly. I think it’s one of the best guitars I have ever owned honestly. Ibanez has always had great quality control on all of their instruments even the cheaper versions so I decided to pull the trigger and get this and man am I glad that I did.

Hey man, I am also considering buying this guitar, but I am afraid of the gold hardware! have you noticed any wear after all these months?

@@spip1 I haven't noticed anything unusual yet, most of the guitars that I have owned over the years that have gold hardware do eventually start wearing down a little bit. But so far so good with this one. One thing that definitely helps, when you're done playing your guitar make sure you wipe it down with a damp cloth and then dry it off afterwards. The acidity in your sweat will help contribute to eating away the gold finish and that can be different from person to person depending on how much they sweat etc.
