Losing weight or gaining shape needs more mental preparation and a steady consistent mindset. Money is secondary. Correct sistr, but u can plan and manage time for routine workouts. I am a mom of 1 yr baby. I sleep 6 or 7 hrs at nyt sometimes 1 hr at noon. Bt I have my workout schedule. Just try for a week soatr. Then u ll surely set for that time management. Also get confidence.

If you are an athlete you also need to do the same after delivery. New mother's pls don't take any risk.. just wait patiently until ur baby turns 1 yr ..then start ur workout or diet watever..and feed breastmilk alone till 6 months then continue with food supplements..

And i dont have a perfect shape but i am a mother and happy about my motherhood. This is reality. Flim artist rely on their beauty for their living so normal people pls don't follow this. Stay happy with what you are. Every individual gene is different.

I am really bothered about my look but after reading your comments i am happy about my look , i dont want to bother for any other people advise including husband... after delivery my look is completely changed so my husband dont love me like before but i dont want to worry about other i am happy how i am now , these people dont take any stress operation is a big thing in the life , till now i am feeling back pain but no one bother abt it but all will get chance to advice me......

@@vidyasarathi15 Everyone have a different body type. Even with breastfeeding, it is possible. What made you think she is lying? Why can't one be away from kid for 3 hours? She is not talking about 1 month old baby. She is talking about her 6+ month old baby, which is totally agreeable. I don't think she is lying. I know when she delivered, my baby was 6 months and that's when I started working out. I can clearly see by the time I reached my milestone (as per my plan) she was almost there losing all that she had gained. 3 hour workout per day is too much for me, may not be for her. I was not in hurry. She was. Her life relies on her being fit for her career. My career was not dependant on me reducing, so I took my pace. Her entire career is based on this. If she loses 1 or 2 offers as heroine, then she will get only side roles and almost her career as heroine would have been a big question mark. Coming to the diet, she did what she was comfortable with. This is just a template. Most of the days she would have done, definitely the dedication matters. I can totally relate to her. Please don't judge anyone based on what one can do and can't. That's my humble request.

Shouldn't she wake up inbetween to feed her baby?? Either it be breast feeding or formula milk.. but she must wake up atleast after 5 to 6 hours to feed her baby..

@@dhyanasharon9233 It depends on the baby right. Some babies can go long hours during night without being fed. They take all the nutrients during the day time. My baby was like that. She started sleeping through the night from 10 months. Many babies get to that phase by 4-6 months. Only we mothers fear that they will go hungry and wake the kid up and feed, which is not recommended in general. And babies get used to that comfort and they wake up for feeds later by themselves as a habiy. We fail to notice the pattern and assume babies wake up because of hunger, in reality they wake up because they are used to that habit. Babies need undisturbed sleep for better brain development.

She is eating very less and there is zero carb and working out for 3 hrs. Obviously anyone can lose more than 20 kg in a month. 1. Drink water with jeera ,vendayam 2. Eating fruits 3. Dates milk shake with skim milk 4. Boiled vegetables 5. Eggwhites

As my experience in the first month weight loss happens automatically only if u breast feed well. No need a diet plan and all.
