Without any diet, exercise and workout, I reduced 15 kgs in one month taking one drink every day. After my third delivery. Doing all workout is good but once we stop doing it, again our weight go up.

Its not a weight lost journey ..its a commitment..yes you can hit the gym with personal trainer , yoga and what not !! It doesn't come that cheap . Firstly one should be focus not only physical but mentally and most importantly 🙏 emotionally.. my piece of.advice once you decided to lose weight stick to it but make sure its slow and low..Wishing everyone 🙏 all the best .

There is free KZbin videos for exercices : April Han, Emi Wong etc. We can adjust our normal meals (take a little less than our normal) and do workout (no need to buy mat and stuff, just with regular outfits). No need to do buy anything.
