Iberostar Anthelia Tenerife Walkthrough - See the Entire Hotel, Food, Drinks, Bars!

This is a full walkthrough of the fantastic Iberostar Anthelia, Costa Adeje, Tenerife.
We managed to squeeze a trip in from the UK, after the 'air corridors' were set up during Covid in July 2020. Unfortunately they were shut down again within weeks- whilst we were away, and despite at time of writing Tenerife having only 2 in 100,000 cases of Coronavirus, ridiculously on return to a Covid hotspot now being locked down again, we had to quarantine for 14 days.
But it was worth it- the holiday in this hotel was epic and it was brilliant to get away. The hotel was beyone reporach in its anti Covid measures.
I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. 5* all the way.

@@wakeywarrior I know this hotel. It is fantastically situated with a wonderful view over the Atlantic. We always walked past it when we walked to our hotel, along the promenade. The Costa Adeje is dreamlike ... you can see the most beautiful sunsets in the Canary Islands see, I think. 🏝🏖🌅☀️🍹

The beach nearby I never went to so am not sure, sorry. There is a very nice beach about 10 mins walk away to the right of the back of the hotel and that was walk straight on.

Hi Sue. Glad it was helpful. I am jealous as would love to return. I don’t think you need a credit card for a safe, but best to have one with you anyway. I can’t remember if they wanted a swipe but don’t recall.

Hi UK Sun. Yes there’s two pools at the front. Only the one in front of the bar on the sea side is saltwater.

Hello friend....can I ask what is the ruling for getting and keeping sun longers during the day.? We choose to lay in the sun all day and relax then get busy in the evening....and it looks like you cannot ‘reserve nor hold’ the sun loungers

Like most places there are signs saying no reserving, but they probably do not remove towels.

Hi. Where is the main entertainment at night and bar located? Would like a quiet room with a view!

The bar is on the video. The main entertainment is in a theatre at the top of the stairs you see which come up from the main restaurant (near the main lobby). You would have to pay extra for a sea view, a nice area is around the top pool that is very quiet but only some have sea view. We stayed that area and would stay that area again. Not as good I’d have mobility issues though. I never heard any noise when at this hotel. I would try to avoid the rooms near the bar, you see me walk past the bar and then go in the block, avoid that area.

Thanks Lion. The tennis court/ football court is in a very hot concrete basin behind the gym/ spa which is over the road seen at 9:30.

Good vid but when I stayed there some people placed a week's worth 0f wine and drinks on my room absolute nightmare trying to explain it wasn't me no security at all some tickets signed xxx be vigilant

I was on all inclusive so they can do it to me! Good point though. They are purposely very trusting at this hotel as they don’t expect their clientele to pull a fast one.

Yes very expensive. I was looking again for summer and a package for a family of 4 including flights is now £7500 for a week. It’s a fantastic hotel but that is a serious chunk of change.

@@wakeywarrior yeah if you go back again i also recommend Gf Victoria which is a little bit cheaper and its near anthelia.
